As of yesterday, we are no longer that. Or rather, not in name.
We’ve always been much more: a tour operator, a widespread hotel, a real estate agency, a service company… But not only that. All these roles overlap and sometimes replace each other; there’s not one that encapsulates everything we do.
So, there isn’t a label that represents us.
Now, even we feel more 𝘧𝘳𝘦𝘦, 𝘭𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘧𝘳𝘦𝘦!
We are seekers. That’s why we look beyond the frame, beyond the already traced paths and any kind of boundary, especially etymological ones, which are true containers of ways of doing and being… Maybe it’s because we grew up and work with a sea view, in front of that infinite and ever-changing element, that we are so inclined and dedicated to new things that we renounce a word as immediate as “real estate”? Perhaps.
We understand well that when you professionally manage properties to rent, and also to sell, being called a “real estate agency” is almost inevitable. However, when you are born and grow up dedicating yourself to short-term rentals and especially vacation homes, you become something else. Something more than a cold term identifying a certain activity.
Since the right word to truly describe our work and how we do it probably doesn’t exist yet, we might as well introduce ourselves by our name, fued.
So, don’t call us a “real estate agency.”
It’s just a part of what we do, not who we are.
