We’re going international!

Ragazza vista dall'alto Porto di Ancona

The Marche Region is popular and has become a popular destination even beyond national borders. The numbers say it. The data for the January – August 2023 season presented a few weeks ago at the TTG in Rimini showed an undoubtedly positive percentage increase: +7.93 regarding arrivals, i.e. the number of foreign customers who reached the accommodation facilities, and +5 .60 of presences, i.e. of nights spent in the region.

It was not obvious, given that it was the first regular year after the pandemic and that already in 2022 the Marche tourism numbers had exceeded 2019. All this in the face of data that hold up overall, given that the overall decline in arrivals, of – 0.86, is much more contained than the general one in Italy. In total, 1,942,007 tourists arrived in the Marche region from the beginning of the year until August, with 8,764,547 visitors. Le Marche confirms itself as a plural region also in terms of international hospitality, consolidating and indeed relaunching its attractive potential.

Fued Immobiliare has given its contribution and continues to do so by investing in the development of the territory. When we started dealing with tourist rentals on the Conero Riviera, the market was organized according to traditional formulas, without additional services beyond the basic ones. We have been able to read the emerging requests by updating the hospitality model and today we are starting to export it to other important tourist locations in the region.
