The generous lands of the Ancona area and nearby Vallesina bear the two greatest exponents of the regional winemaking tradition. Wines that tell the story of a deep, authentic culture, written by the skilled hands of hardworking and passionate people.

Rosso Conero is an ancient wine, born from calcareous soil and forged by the strong variation of a microclimate in balance between the vigor of the sun and the constant breath of the sea. Conditions that give the Montepulciano grapes a unique character. Intense ruby red, strongly fruity, characterized by a long and persistent aftertaste with mineral and brackish nuances. Since 2004 there have been two wines born from the same DOC area: Rosso Conero DOC and Conero DOCG. The first can also be served fresh, the second is a more complex variant.

Verdicchio is the Marche white wine par excellence, considered one of the best  wine to eat with fish, therefore perfect for the gastronomy of the Riviera. Produced in the two large areas of Castelli di Jesi and Matelica, both prestigious DOC and DOCG recognition, it is full-bodied and structured even in the fresher and younger versions. Vinified and aged in inert containers such as steel or concrete tanks, it has a more or less intense straw yellow color with greenish hues.

We will be happy to offer you a careful selection of visits with tasting among the many wineries that dot our area.
